As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and improve server performance, we will be removing Installatron from our shared Linux hosting environment and replacing it with Softaculous across all accounts.

What is the change?

Installatron will be phased out and no longer available.

Softaculous will serve as the new one-click application installer for all supported CMS applications.

Websites currently managed via Installatron (e.g., WordPress) will be automatically imported into Softaculous to ensure a smooth transition.

With Softaculous:

A maximum of 2 backups per installation is allowed.

Auto-backups are disabled by default, users can enable them manually within the Softaculous dashboard as per requirement.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All existing Installatron backups will be permanently deleted during the migration process.

We strongly recommend downloading Installatron backups to a local device, within the next 7 days.
