What this means:
- Users will be prompted to reset their password when logging into cPanel/Webmail
- This is expected behavior and part of a proactive security measure
How to Reset Your Password
Access cPanel/WHM using the direct URL:
- e.g. https://cp-biz10.syd05.ds.network:2083/
- Click on “Reset Password”
- Enter your User ID
- Enter your registered Email ID
- Click to receive the security code on your registered Email ID
- Enter the security code and set a new password
- Use the new password to log in
Access cPanel / WHM using Account Manager:
- Go to your cPanel/WHM login URL
- Enter your username and current password
- You will see a password reset prompt
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Submit to proceed
Webmail Users
- Access Webmail (e.g., yourdomain.com/webmail)
- Login using your email address and password
- If prompted, reset your password
- OR reset via cPanel → Email Accounts → Manage → Password
- Save changes and log in again
We recommend using a strong, unique password for better protection.
