Security Update: Forced Password Reset Enabled

Posted on 1st May, 2026

As part of our ongoing security improvements, we have enabled forced password reset on our servers.

  • cp-biz10.syd05.ds.network
  • cp-rsl03.syd05.ds.network

What this means:

  • Users will be prompted to reset their password when logging into cPanel/Webmail
  • This is expected behavior and part of a proactive security measure

How to Reset Your Password

Access cPanel/WHM using the direct URL:

  • e.g. https://cp-biz10.syd05.ds.network:2083/
  • Click on “Reset Password”
  • Enter your User ID
  • Enter your registered Email ID
  • Click to receive the security code on your registered Email ID
  • Enter the security code and set a new password
  • Use the new password to log in

Access cPanel / WHM using Account Manager:

  • Go to your cPanel/WHM login URL
  • Enter your username and current password
  • You will see a password reset prompt
  • Enter and confirm your new password
  • Click Submit to proceed

Webmail Users

  • Access Webmail (e.g., yourdomain.com/webmail)
  • Login using your email address and password
  • If prompted, reset your password
  • OR reset via cPanel → Email Accounts → Manage → Password
  • Save changes and log in again

We recommend using a strong, unique password for better protection.

If you do not remember your current password or face any issues while resetting, please get in touch with our support team for assistance.
