Investigating

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our Exchange Hosting services, which users may experience service unavailability, or unable to access their email using an email client, like Outlook, MacMail application.

As a workaround please access your email online via Webmail/OWA at https://mail.premium.exchange/owa.

For Email Application, please do the following:

  1. Change email password first thru the Exchange Manager or Control Panel (https://manage.premium.exchange/)
  2. Go to your account and select Mailboxes.
  3. Select the account you wanted to edit.
  4. Enter your desired password for the mailbox. Please note that passwords should be at least 8 characters including lowercase and uppercase letters (at least 2), at least 2 numbers and at least 2 special characters. The password should also not be related to your name, email address and domain name. After entering the password, click Set Password.
  5. Then, go your Outlook Settings to enter the new email password -- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > select your account > Change > and enter the new password in the Logon Information section. Please make sure to keep the mail settings server into: mail.premium.exchange

Our Administration Teams are currently working to resolve this issue as a priority. While we actively work towards restoring the services, we kindly request that you monitor this thread for further updates.

Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.
