Identified

We’ve re-identified that our relay IP has been temporarily blocked by Microsoft, which is affecting email deliveries to Hotmail and Outlook recipients. Our engineering team is already reviewing the block and will rotate the relay IP as part of the mitigation process to restore normal email delivery.

Please note that this issue is limited to Hotmail and Outlook addresses — emails to other domains continue to be delivered without any interruption. We’re treating this as a priority and will continue to monitor the situation closely until the block is fully cleared.

Please stay tuned to this thread for real-time updates. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
