We understand the criticality of your services and the impact this situation may be causing. As communicated earlier this incident is related to a recently identified security vulnerability in cPanel & WHM login.
Our teams are actively working to assess and restore affected servers. Given the nature of this vulnerability, the process is complex, and our immediate priority is to secure data and prevent further impact, which is why certain access (Server/WHM/cPanel) has been temporarily restricted.
Please rest assured that this is being handled with the highest priority, and we will share further updates as progress is made. We appreciate your understanding and support during this time.
We understand how important your email access is. Currently, cPanel and webmail are unavailable due to ongoing critical updates. Thank you for contacting us. As you might have seen in the media, our partner WebPros, which is the global provider of the Cpanel hosting interface, has reported a critical security vulnerability.
We are working closely with them, as are many other global providers, to address the issue. We will continue to provide updates on our status page.
During monitoring, there are still servers being reported with the same incoming email issue and config was already patched to rectify the issue. Incoming emails for the reported servers are now working and we will continue to monitor.
