Access to Outlook Web Access (OWA) webmail has been restored, and the service is now operating normally. Users should be able to access the OWA webmail portal without further interruption. While the issue has been resolved, our engineering team will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure service stability and verify that the issue does not reoccur.
Preliminary Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Initial findings indicate that the outage was caused by a memory leak on DC01-SYD, which impacted the availability of the OWA webmail service. A detailed investigation is ongoing to determine the underlying cause of the memory leak and identify any additional corrective or preventative measures.
