Email Bounce-back Notifications While sending mail to Titan Based Accounts

We are aware of an issue where senders receive bounce-back notifications after sending emails from our Shared Linux Hosting servers to recipients hosted on Titan Email.

We understand that these notifications can be concerning, particularly when they suggest that an email has not been delivered. However, based on our investigation and mail logs reviewed, the affected emails are being delivered successfully to Titan Email accounts despite the bounce-back notifications.

Its a false-positive bounce-back caused by inconsistent responses from Titan Mail servers, rather than a delivery failure within our infrastructure.

We have escalated the issue to Titan, and their development team is currently investigating it.

What this means for you:

• You may receive a bounce-back notification after sending an email to a Titan Email recipient.
• In the affected cases we have reviewed, the email was successfully delivered to the recipient's mailbox.
• The bounce-back notification does not necessarily mean that your email has failed to reach its destination.

We understand the frustration and uncertainty this may cause. Please be assured that we are working with Titan to get this behaviour resolved. We will share further updates as soon as we receive them.
